BIO

My life is rooted in the rhythms of the world around me. Each note I play is another step in my musical journey, one that thrives on collaboration and has me seeking out the kind of work that stretches imaginations and builds something real.

My musical journey started as a child back in America being infatuated with the soundtracks of the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater video game series. Seeing how a diverse array of artists of all different identities and backgrounds can fall under one cultural banner opened my mind to viewing music as more than a commodity, but as something that can move people. But, realistically, I was still a child so that translated more into stealing all of my mom’s cookware and wooden spoons to assemble a DIY percussion set to annoy the neighbors with.

That innate feeling of self-expression through playing has never left me and was the driving factor behind my decision to study music at university where I was awarded with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Professional Musicianship and went on to develop my teaching practice with a First Class PGCE in Learning and Teaching. Now I am grateful to be in a position where I can share my devotion to the craft and my desire to help others.

Life has brought me to a place where I am looking for work that makes an artistic impact, whether it be a production with a crew of 100 people or an intimate gig, I want to give your artistry the attention it deserves and support your creative vision in a way only I can.
